My guess is the weight transfer is the difference. The Monte rear is lower than the Wagon? I drove my car around a little after drop spindles. Two inch drop. Just what I wanted. Then months later I measured again and I had three inches of drop. I remember some guy from Canada with a wagon explaining it to me. I lowered the back and it came up some. 🙄

What the hell does that @ss clown know?

Must be some really strong paint.......

POR-15 makes an incredible thread locking compound.

Lower control arm bolts are loose, levelled and cycled the suspension... still 2" too high.

I'd put it on the ground and drive it... but, well... we are in mushy season and I still have more work to do.

Very tempted to pop in the other springs.

IDK..... These results w/the parts used is weird. I'm wondering how much alignment is impacting things if all the pivot points are loose? Wondering if adjusting the Caster/Camber might help. If the springs yielded a lower fender C/L on your wagon, like you I would have assumed similar results w/the Monte.

You have me wondering what to expect w/mine now when swapping from drop spindles to standard spindles w/Tall BJ's & different arms. My goal was just to raise it up 1" & get the Camber curve improvement..... Your outcome has me wondering what to expect.

I am befuddled. Something isn't adding up. Hell, look at the "just" spring results from the start of this thread:

That's what is supposed to happen... and that was with a V6!

Sure most of the interior is out of the car, battery is in the trunk, it has no horn, but... it just doesn't add up.

Just put the Skyjackers in the back for that sweet rake, and grow a mullet, or get a wig.😉

Way more expensive than what seems justified. But, I can't roll around on a stack of adapters, spacers, and washers on the front of the car.

I will need to get back at this car soon... but, I am still disappointed at it. Me. The process.
