Passenger side ready for weatherstripping. Watched quite a few install videos so I believe I will be good.

Dang darn 3M strip adhesive. Messy fargin' dang nabbit stringy evil binder. No matter what I've done it bites me in the azz. Just venting here. Small thin beads but gets on every dang thing. Hoping wax and grease remover will help remove the smeery nastiness. Off rant.

Finished passenger side weatherstripping and waited a few days before closing the door. Definitely much tighter. And top rear corner where strip meets roof rail area i added butyl to seal up the gap.

Driver side done today. While working i noticed these gaps on windshield. It's tight most everywhere except for the corners and you can see how far I can slide plastic spreader in. Has anyone seen this before and would you/could you stuff butyl or ?
Are these gaps going to be an issue with high speed winds or if I ever get stuck in the rain?

You’ll be fine, as long as the windshield is sealed up nice and tight. I have the same gaps on my G bodies and have never had an issue or noticed any excessive wind noise.

Send it.
