remove plugs check for color and smell if they are good clean,set gap and re-install

get a ampmeter hook it between the pos cable and the batt+
start pulling fuses until its gone
then fix the faulty accessory
as far as the bog goes sounds like you have too much carb try and drop the jets a couple numbers
you prolly lost a cell in your battery
alternators need 12+ v to start charging
since you left the cables on the other car hooked up untill the alternator could keep up with all the stuff you got on
next morning just totally killed the battery

check voltage

the internal voltage regulator may be at fault
best bet is to take it off and bring it to either advance auto , autozone or someone with a bench tester
make sure they smack it around to simulate driving
