It's been awhile since I've been on here. I haven't really done much to it until now. I did some involuntary weight reduction on it for a little while after junking the transmission.

Well, I was gonna rebuild the th350 that came out of it, but then I decided instead to put that money towards an LS swap with the 5.3 and 4L60e that I had laying around. Over the weekend, my dad and I pulled the big block and set the new motor and trans in

The engine compartment got really dirty from not having inner fenders, so those are going back in, especially since I'm gonna be driving it a lot more

I also have ls1 fans for it and I ordered the fan harness, so that ugly clutch fan is gonna be gone

Well it's been awhile since I've been on here. I've been busy with the whole getting married thing and I sold my house and bought another one, so the Camino took a back seat for awhile. I ended up selling the 5.3/4L60e awhile back and just set the big block back in it, then it sat at my parent's property for a year, wasting away. About a month ago, I brought it over to my new house and started the mad dash to get it running to take to the drag strip last weekend. I snagged a th400 and got it rebuilt and threw everything back in the car just in time. I ran out of time and motivation to put the exhaust back on, so I went to the drag strip with open headers. I was probably the slowest, loud car there. But anyways, I'm thrilled to have this turd back up and running!

A clip of it the day I got it running again

What did it run?

It's an 1/8th mile track and I went 7.85 having to let out and get back on it because of some nasty wheelhop. That was on motor, I didn't get a chance to make a nitrous run. I put some 90/10 drag shocks up front. Other than that, the suspension is more so set up for handling
