Scored a TH400 for the build! From an estate sale, the gentleman who passed rebuilt units from the city and used them for drag racing. Was minutes away from getting a 4L80e, but this will be just fine 😎
Has a rebuilt pump on it, will have to check it out to see what else has been done to it internally.

Ok this build has my attention. I'm hoping to see some in-depth wiring because it's so not my forte. 
Just don't put GTO and Judge badging on it... oh man... the twisted panties that I bunched.

Removed timing cover:
Yanked the LM7 cam:
No lips, just some discoloration. Looks ok for 145k miles:
Ready for Sloppy Stage 2 cam now
