Still using the 706 heads? Will make for a nice bump in compression with those flat tops if so (make it snottier than previous)

Yes sir! Well 862 but I’m pretty sure they are the same.

Should put you over 10:1, maybe closer to 10.5:1.

Just be careful with the low budget juice ( keep the timing really low.) Of course E70 or higher and you can say the hell with caution hehe.

I generally keep the ethanol content around 70% or higher.

Compression should be 10.3:1. Spicy little unit!
 
Where did you get those catch cans (brand)?


Great idea on the drain. My kid's ran on the frame when it was drained - giant PITA. The new one is getting something similar to yours.
 
While the car still down, I figured I’d put these Edelbrock IAS front shocks in:

Needless to say the ones in there weren’t doing much. Will rock these since I have them (from my first Cutlass) until I get some double adjustable coil overs 🥳🤩
