The 10" Edelbrock air cleaner is not a dropped base style.

The 14"x3" dropped base style air cleaner should work for you as stated above. The link below is just one option when it comes to a 14"x3" dropped base air cleaner, so pick the one you like. If you are unfamiliar with what a dropped base air cleaner is, it means it is low profile. The bottom of the air cleaner is lower than the top flange of the carb for more hood clearance. Take a look at the bottom side pictures and you will see what I mean.
