BUILD THREAD 36x48x14 Shop Build Update 10/10/2024, Additional Lighting

It's a good time there, I have a buddy that lives a stone throw away from it. A few years ago went there during my birthday weekend, followed by a gentlemen's club

I tried to stop last year coming from Ohio after picking up my 4.1 Block, but parking was non existent. This year we splurged, VIP campsites with the teams, and box seating.

Those concrete buggies are slick. Do not see them around here and they look like they might be useful for tight areas or having to transfer product like they were doing. Wonder if they can be adapted to do other chores?

I'd imagine it could. I know they aren't cheap!

Took some pictures light while I was trimming off some extra spray foam. I need to sweep/clean/mop the floor to get the cut dust off, but other than that I am just going to press on with installing the foam board.

I do plan on sealing the floor, but that will wait until the full 28-30 days have passed.

Its looking really good. You must be pretty stoked!
Thank you and hell yeah I am! This has been a long time coming, and I look forward to getting it 100% finished.

No real progress as of late, ordering some concrete sealer, ordered attic vent things for the eves of the roof, then I'll foam the ceiling between the trusses. After the sealer is cured, then the lift!

I managed to get out there last Thursday night and Friday morning to sweep, blow, and mop the floor. After that while the floor was dying, I finished installing the attic vents. Once the vents were done and the floor dry, I put down the concrete densifier, I went with Foundation Armor S2000. I spoke with their tech line, and I need to give that 5-7 days before putting down the sealer, SX5000 WB. I'm hoping to get on that Thursday night.

Going to get out there tonight, blow the dust off the floor, and apply the SX5000 WB sealer. I'll snap a few pics now that I have my phone back.

Here are few pics from last night. These are after the cured S2000, but before the SX5000 WB.

And here is while I'm applying and after 2 coats.

The pump sprayer I am using to lay it down.

Got a mop to move around any material that got real heavy, and ensure even coverage.

I'll get out there tonight and see how it absorbed. I should be getting my breaker panel in the mail (from Lowes) today. I have the URD on order. I hope in the coming weeks to get the ditch dug, get the power run and fiber run to the shop.
