Any adjustments to carb and timing or just the TV cable? It must be a hotter 350 than stock, should run high 13's at this rate.
Some metering rod changes in the Edelbrock 600. Only made one test pass after elimination. Plugs look good but read a little bit leaner than optimal. Moved from a 70-42 to a 70-37. Well, the track wasn’t going to let me run because of not having a neutral safety switch, so I went to the junkyard where I got the f body shifter and grabbed the switch and while I was poking around, I found a Monte Carlo with a G80 under it. $85 later it was in my truck. Too bad it’s a GU1 / 2.41 gear, but I am pretty sure that I can rebuild it with 3.73’s for my 83 EC SS. We also ran back to back 9.18’s on Sunday
