Any adjustments to carb and timing or just the TV cable? It must be a hotter 350 than stock, should run high 13's at this rate.

Your putting down about 225 HP to the wheels. As I said you should spend the rest of the season getting time in the seat and trying little tuning changes although your numbers look pretty good across the board. I would also like to suggest (if you don't already) a log book with your runs and the weather conditions as they will make quite a change in the performance. One run on a set of 26 in slicks will also give you some good info.

Some metering rod changes in the Edelbrock 600. Only made one test pass after elimination. Plugs look good but read a little bit leaner than optimal. Moved from a 70-42 to a 70-37. Ran a 9.13 and felt strong the whole way

Well, the track wasn’t going to let me run because of not having a neutral safety switch, so I went to the junkyard where I got the f body shifter and grabbed the switch and while I was poking around, I found a Monte Carlo with a G80 under it. $85 later it was in my truck. Too bad it’s a GU1 / 2.41 gear, but I am pretty sure that I can rebuild it with 3.73’s for my 83 EC SS. We also ran back to back 9.18’s on Sunday

The rear is holding up well I have quite a few passes on it now. See attached time slip. Best time to date is 8.91. 1/8th mile

Well, It has been a fun season. The rear has done it's job, and the car has run reliably with minor maintenance. Sadly, ( for this car) I am moving toward my real passion, the El Camino.
I picked up a 1981 El Camino rolling chassis and have been working on it to make it my drag car for next season. The Cutlass will be going up for Sale at the end of the month. ( As a roller. I am a little sad about it, I really liked the car, too bad it was a 442 that had been badly molested before I got it. the 442 drivetrain will be completely gone when it gets listed. Might as well market it as just an 85 Cutlass at that time) A huge "Thank You!" to everyone who offered advice and tips that helped bring this 10.50 / 16.20 car down to 8.91 / 14.39
