Been debating adding the vinyl woodgrain trim around the car once it's painted. Should I do it?

Gone a couple of weeks and was hoping to come back to seeing it painted....well at least I didn't miss the unveiling. Looking forward to seeing it painted Blake!

I out smarted my phone and was able to get my pictures up!
Saturday I got the cowl and firewall sprayed, thus officially concluding my painting!
I made a spray out at the recommended ratio and it still looked too glossy.
So I doubled the flattening agent and let it rip.
Of course it ended up a bit flatter than I was hoping for, but it's not bad enough to make me want to redo it...

Here we have my crusty spots on the floor cleaned up, painted and with a fresh coat of seam sealer.

1/4 window trim, bumper fillers, mirrors, gas door and air deflector all painted.

I'm going to reinstall the heater box and dash next week.
Assembling some stuff will be a good motivation boost while I wait for my returned buffing supplies to process.
It will also free up a lot of space, both inside the car and on my shelves at home.
Then it's on with the sanding and buffing! :wax:

Hell yeah, glad you can get some pics uploaded, looks like you'll have it together for some nice weather cruising!

Today I got the heater box cleaned up, installed and resealed as well as the interior ducts.
Then I cleaned up, painted and installed the VIN tag and antenna plug-in.
I'll put the dash together tomorrow.
Starting next week I'm going to have quite a bit of free time on my hands so progress on the wagon should pick up considerably...
