It does look great, but I have to ask: are those housings still available? 1 rock could wreck your day.......

I plan on protecting mine with 3M stone guard when I’m done and before it hits the road. That should solve 95% or better of the potential damage problems. Might be an option for Mr. camper.

Are you planning on reusing the headlight bezels? I extensively modified mine, blacked out the inside sections of them, and had the outer faces spray chromed along with the grilles so everything matched. It’s a bit of work, but well worth it IMO to make it look like it came that way originally.

Also, a great upgrade now that you have the ability, is to switch to HID bulbs and ballasts. The improved light output is phenomenal and more than worth it.
Because I grafted the Celebrity buckets in my header panel, I retained the ability to mount, adjust and aim the headlights just as GM designed.

Yours is looking great, I’ll be following along with your progress!

Nope, the actual spray chrome process. I’m not sure what page in my thread it’s on, (it’s been a while) but consult it for the deets.

I'm not sure if I'll use the chrome trim , as I'm trying to de chrome the car, but I might take your advice of painting the headlight bucket black.
Yes I agree on the light output, I also grafted the celebrity buckets to my header panel so I would be able to adjust them properly.

Rktpwrd, thank you for your incredible build , it gives alot of us inspiration.

How low can a grand prix go ?
Will switched out my front upper and lower control arms, and air bags for some Michigan metal works control arms and slam specialties ss7 bags.
And it goes low.
