It's been a long time since I've added anything here. Here's what I've done in last few months. Started with some 1/2 inch plywood and added some hinges, neodymium magnets, glue, screws vinyl with padding etc.

And lots of wiring and relays. Terminator Xmax mounted inside on an angle because it's the only way she fits. Isolated with foam rubber. I'll be able to mount Terminator relays against other side. Made a tray that easily pulls up and out.
Changed the carbon fiber panel over shifter several times. Wasted a lot of time with the failures but learned what works and definitely what does not. Still need to finish wiring and add some vinyl here and there but coming along. Carpet in as well. Starting to look pretty good to me.
