84 Grand National lq4 turbo swap

Just a little bit of work left, passenger plug wires, radiator, turbo intake, and intercooler. There will be sound turbo sounds coming from the engine very soon.

So we just ignored the seats that no longer look like they've been raped by a cougar? They look great by the way.
Yes sir they look a bit better than before. JK. I kinda wished I kept the GN logo in the seats but for some reason decided to keep them plain.

Well I got to take the GN to the drag strip yesterday and put some runs in.

Currently I'm running 7lbs e50 fuel and a LS7 clutch that isnt long for this world
I had the left lane

And there was a 5.0 mustang that hit the wall and really took a long time to clean up so I didn't get to make many runs. Only 9 lol

You’re a decent 60’ away from a low 11 second pass.

How did it launch (spinning)?

It does spin a bit off the line but once boost kicks in 1st it spins much more 2 and up it grabs good until my clutch decides to not grab. I need a twin disc. Also It's on stock clapped out suspension. It does have a 275 50 16 drag street radial.
