Look/feel above the dash section between the parking brake release & the column. The later model cars had the flasher fuses in a different location than the fuse box. If memory is right, the key & seat belt buzzers will be with them.

Thanks everyone, I am gonna check tomorrow. Dark out now. I will let you all know tomorrow.

Put your hazards on,With the car off you might be able to hear the clicking.maybe it'll get you a little warmer following the sound and feeling around for the vibration of it making and breaking of that circuit.

Tried that. No clicking noise... I am stumped... Pull the driver side seat out and plan to drop the column to give me some room to look around... Crazy frustrating!

Found it! The previous owner had a crossover for the stereo system in the way. Couldn’t see it! LOL! So there should be 2 flashers? Found this one drivers side behind the panel right about where the E-brake release is. Where is the second?

So now with the 2 new flasher nothing is working still... Any suggestions? Here is a pic of the 2 new flashers I am using and the old ones I took out. New ones on top.

Replaced the flashers with ones that have a ground wire out of the top. Now hazards work but the turn signals do not work. What am I missing? Brake lights, running lights and hazards are working but not the turn signals...!

Thank you all very much for all your help! I did check the fuses and they are all ok.
