Not all of us have money for a big project, or may not have the time. Or just may be looking for a cheep little project to do over the weekend. What are some of the sub $100 items that have benefited your GBody lately? Does not have to be maintenance or repair related.

To start us off with a few things I have done recently:
- Changed plugs and wires - Improved / restored performance
- Detailed interior
- Changed rear view mirror, improved visibility, the old on was hazy, something in the glass
- New chrome exhausts tip, looks nice

For cars that don't have a factory rear F41 sway bar-

Added a rear sway bar!

Swapping the front springs to a shorter, higher spring rate like a 5660 is really helpful.

Swapped out the 3:73 rear axle the P.O. had installed in favor of a Craigslist purchase of a drum to drum assembly with 2:41 so I can drive over 40 mph anywhere. The guy selling the 2:41 was going the OTHER direction. Trans is only a 3 speed TH-400.

I went from the 2.41 to 3.08. I feel like with the 3 speed that’s a sweet spot.

I did a bunch of mods that could be low buck, since I pulled the parts off of a car that I bought for $425. I got a floor shifter, front and rear f41 sway bars, 3.08 posi, and bucket seats. All were great mods and under $100 if broken down. These days there’s really no such thing as a $100 mod. There’s always hidden costs.
