No dies here. Just a vise and polishing wheel to remove most of the jaw marks. 3/4" EMT painted with charcoal colored marbled paint. Less than an hour for both bars plus paint dry time.

Nice work. And, even more impressive that you did this with a vise, polishing wheel and spray paint. Very professional looking.

What size fastener did you use?

And, did you use speed nuts to act as the nut for the fasteners?

3/8 and speed nuts

Did you just make 2 short ones or one long one that goes to your firewall?? Nice job on those by the way sir

Just the short ones. Once the Caddy engine goes in i'll make the longer ones.
