here's my $.02. if you want a unique ride that draws attention, look in the mirror, you have it. you made in a magazine! there's nothing more you need to do. there is no engine swap that hasn't been done. thanks jay leno, jet engine bike and car, tank engine car, p51 engine car, twin turbo big block tornado, etc.
with that being said, if you want to do a smog legal upgrade with twice the power, i would look into the lt1 engines from '94-'95. grab one from a
caprice, roadster, or fleetwood. direct bolt in, uses sbc motor mounts, factory exh manifolds, true dual or y pipe exhaust, 4 speed auto, charcoal canister friendly, no emission specific fuel tank, p/s lines from donor hook up to steering gear, run a f body radiator and fans and your done. 260 hp, wallet friendly 87 octane gas, and enough power (ya i know i did say it) to make you go to confession.
