Cheating The Reaper

So far it seems like a good size. It went from spacious to messy pretty quick. Once all that extra transmission stuff is off the floor it won't be so cluttered.

It's new; they're NEVER big enough.

I'm afraid of myself since I rented the hangar. I have more room than stuff. Given enough time, that won't remain the case. It's good to see some progress on this thing!

Guessing that tool progression went from "Oh, this will pop right out" to "you SOB!" to "YOU WILL SUCCUMB !!!!" ?

Did you check the alignment on the bellhousing/dowel pins? I recall Tremec being very specific about that. My stock bellhousing alignment was off. Moroso to the rescue.

I cleaned up my mess today and went to slide my yoke in to take a measurement to get my driveline shortened. Didn't realize that a 31 spline Ford style is needed. Got one on order now so we wait.

I also took a good hard look at the bed and called my brother to compare notes. It's looking like I'm going to just run it. I'd bought a new partial bed kit years ago but I don't think I'm going to use it now.

Cut, trim, rust abatement, new panel.
