Look! Actual work! Trimmed off all of the flashing right back to the factory spotwelds (none of which are aligned) - about a half inch. Then I hammered the lips down to a 45* angle. This made for more room and comfort for my hands. Scuff. Paint. Assemble.

I had a TR at the time, and it wasn't that fast. Up here it was very rare to see one even in the early-2000s.

I kept that GeoCities site up and active until they closed down in c.2009. I had my own domain/website from around 2004 to 2010 or so.

Ordered some stuff today to get the power plant rolling. I want to cry every time I see what it costs to build a car - even on the "cheap".

For anyone wondering I went with these motor mounts vs. the Holley swap mounts because I like how much smaller the packaging is. https://metaltek-manufacturing.mysh...-adapter-kit-ls-swap-monte-carlo-regal-14075a
I may swap the urethane bushings out for bronze sleeves.
