Looks like some more ****ery!! Now what do I do? Just bring it somewhere? A Body shop or regular mechanic?

If you decide to just do the pins, take the doors off.....I went through this on the weekend and even after I cut the pin, both pieces had rusted enough in the hinges to be very stubborn. I would still be there now if the doors were on the car. As a matter of interest, once the new pins are in you will be very happy with the result.....doors feel like they did from day one at the factory

As stated in the original post, the door hangs down so much that the window almost breaks when closing the door. That problem needs more than just pin replacement .

I leave the window down all the way when I shut it. But it takes a good slam to get it shut...it does look like it needs work. The shims in the lower hinge and the bolt that doesn't go into the door doesn't look right......

the Hinge repair kit I used has regular and oversized bushings. The pins in the kit are too long also, I had to cut off 1/4” or so. There’s no easy way to stake the pin like gm did. I ended up tack welding a washer to the pin underneath. The detent roller and pin are not easy to replace. I had to mill the pin out of the hole. They’re pressed in. Highway stars still sells new gm hinges. 9328391E-06CB-469A-9AF0-5330BC80151B.jpeg374684AF-E28F-437F-9B98-6A6C8B9BE8F5.jpeg

Alright.....so I started taking all the bolts out. Everything was going smooth until I tried to pull the hinge out. It won't come out.. tried popping pins out and that didn't work. And nobody around me has a spring compressor tool.......so what can I use it do I have to order one?

You could remove the door

Well....think I think I'm ready to sell this piece of sh*t. Every project seems to have something go wrong and stretch the damn job out for hours. If it's not one thing, it's another. 😐
