I've got my 9 inch housing set up for Gbody. My axles are the 4.5 bolt pattern. If I would spring for new GM bolt pattern axles, what are my rear brake options?

Does your 9" have brakes now, if so, are they disc, if so, you can have the rotors and axles drilled to 4.75X5 or what ever you want by a local machine shop in your area and save some money over buying new axles.

It doesn't have any brakes. Thats why I want to know what to start looking for. I don't want to keep the Ford bolt pattern. The Hurst wheels I want don't come in gold for a Ford (weird)

Quick performance has a reasonably prices ford 9" rear brake kit, about $320+shipping the last I checked, should come with rotors, calipers and mounting brackets.

Looks a lot like a Ford 9 inch,LOL
But that price,over $ 2000.000 just for the third member,wow !!
The last "Hogshead",as we call them,I bought for my 9 inch, was less than 1/10th of that price.
Come to think of it,my whole 9 inch rearend, was probably half that much.
You gotta wonder, how much would the complete rearend be ??

GM also had an 8.4 rear end designed like the Ford 9". You can find the 9.3 rear ends used for a reasonable price but who know what condition they are in.
