I like the progress that your making, keep it up and id like to see how your regal sits with the new shocks.

I will take pictures when I get everything situated. Trying to figure out my spring problem now. After replacing shocks it still sits uneven. I am not sure if the springs are worn or now am looking into if they are installed wrong. A member suggested switching them to see if anything changed which I will do.

Based off of how those shocks looked, I'm pretty sure that your springs are worn out too. Just replace 'em with some from the autoparts store, they're cheap.

Got rear shocks and springs changed. Kinda pissed because I went through all that work and it sits at about the same. I coulda keep the variable rate springs that were in there. Passenger side still sits up higher than the drivers side. Damn gm cars. Since I am going to be dropping the car I will get over it sooner than if not. I went back with grand national rear springs. I didnt want to get too high a spring rate and the car be too stiff since I am dropping it. When I drop it that will raise the spring rate so I should get a overall stiffer spring and still have a comfy ride.

Also picked up inner and outer tie rods and idler arm. The front is next and then all new bushings and ball joints.

Inner and outer tie rods, and idler arm. Trying to build it right but on a budget to show that you dont have to drop x amount of dollars to get a nice car. Have your car mapped out before you jump into it.

Re: GNX2 Has Arrived(May. 12, 2011)

Finally got my papers for the vehicle. The vehicle had a lien on it and they sold me the vehicle. They then tried to say they werent responsible because they get vehicles in everyday and there is no way to tell if they have a lien on them. I was telling them that when they would have checked to see if the vehicle was stolen(which they have to by law) they would have seen that it has a lien and couldnt be sold. Long story short I threatened small claims court and the bbb. They decided to pay all fees so I can get the vehicle registered.

I have majority of my basic suspension parts. Still have to get sway bar links, lower control arm bushing and rear control arm bushings

Its getting there. Doing it right.

Load carriers for the front. I also have them on the rear.

i thought since ya got the coilovers, that you wouldnt need the old springs. i would think the springs that are on the ciol overs take over for the stockers. or am i just uninformed?

Its just a helper spring that adds a little more load capacity. You still use the stock style springs also.
