The rear bumper bodywork is done and ready for Z Chrome. I put on the front bumper one more time before starting bodywork on it. Glad I did. Had to trim my urethane fillers just a little to clear the air dam brackets. The custom front air dam I made from a rear bumper looks like it could have come on it when new. What do you guys think? The space between the bumper and air dam is for a rubber welting I have in a bag. I will paint the air dam matte black.

looks great!

I just went back out to try one of the hose separator ideas I had. I drilled a hole the same size as the purple hose and finalized the sides with a small file. I scotch brited the two pieces and painted it flat black. Now the purple hose runs underneath the heater hose. A bit cleaner than the temporary zip ties. Now I have to do one more.

Do you have a part number for that separator or do you know the 2 sizes on it

I can't find a 3/4 5/8 one.

I had to use a digital caliper cause Summit has it in MM if I remember right. It is 3/4 and 5/8

I'm quite a bit closer to you in DFW and it's hot.
