How to remove instrument cluster with column shifter

with the way that wiring looks I would head to the scrap yard and find wiper motor wiring harness in good shape

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement dashboard delay wiper switch for my car? I can't even figure out if they are specific to cutlasses or all g bodies from those years. I found a few close ones but the pins don't seem right and I am not sure how to fix this. Would it be easier to retrofit a non delay switch? Or get a wiper steering column arm?
