I'm pretty sure there are multiple videos on YouTube of guys bending brake lines and configuring wiring harnesses, especially the LS swap guys.

Not only that, there are tv shows doing it. Two shows on Velocity have had episodes showing EVERYTHING. And I mean, super boring *ss, 4 coats of clear on the paint. They didn't show all 2 hours of it being done, but they showed every stage/process.

I'll admit I haven't watched all the videos but I did watch the day 4 because of the exhaust. It's nice they're using their own kit but I wish they could of shown more of them installing it than they did. Nice Camaro & Nova but not relevant to an exhaust instal IMO. Would of been nice to see what if any tweeks the exhaust needed for the install.

The reality is about 2" higher than the initial concept drawing and looks like only about 1" lower than stock. 245 wide tires and cheap wheels ($450/set, really?) all around, not very bold.

Assuming they started with a $12K low mile SS, I don't think I would value this car at $42,000. Nice, but not $42K nice.

Maybe $19K nice. so $30K+ in mods nets $7K value increase of -$23K ROI. Not a ringing endorsement for spending 1/2 your paycheck at Jegs.

The difference between guys bolting on a bunch of parts and one of us is the little things.

I look at this stance and I think, "still too high"

This should be the goal:
86 t-type side1.jpg

Its wider tires and no real rubbing. Yes it might take another day, but for a $42K car, people expect you'd spend another day on it.
