I’m continuing to clean up and establish final harness layout. I cut quite a bit out. Slowly things are shaping up. The bundles on the passenger fender well include pcm, relay/fuse box and my junction box. I have two toggles mounted in the junction box that allow manual control of fuel pump and cooling fans if ever needed for redundancy or diagnostics. All connections are spliced and shrink wrapped. The blue painters tape bits you see are just tags with circuit numbers written on them in case need to go back in later. Obviously, all of these bundles will be covered in split loom closer to the end of the project. Next I’ll be moving to the wiring portions that run up the intake and across the firewall.

Don't quote me, but I think the light should come on in both scenarios.
I cant figure out how to get the idiot light to come on with koeo. If I disconnect the wire and ground it, the gen light on the dash lights up with koeo. However, it doesnt work when connected to terminal L as indicated in the wiring diagram. Im gonna try the same wiring setup with the big camaro alternator and see if it works. Im thinking maybe this smaller alternator I have has a different basic internal regulator setup as the larger CS 130’s do.

A few more pic of getting engine compartment wiring in order. I started to close it up in loom. It will all be wrapped in loom when I'm done but I wanted to keep it open until I'

Pretty much all I need to do before test driving is put the gas thank back in and route the fuel supply / return lines, fuel pump circuit line to the rear, slap in a new radiator and hook up the trans cooler lines.

I’m fiddling with ALDLdroid too which is pretty cool. Bought a used Lenovo tablet on eBay on the cheap for that purpose. Main reason for it is to display vehicle speed data from the PCM since we have no way to drive the stock Malibu speedometer cable.
