Ahh ok, I was just curious as to how you mad out. I have a similar idea for one of my tailgates, since those plastic buckets are kinda dated, and always look like crap. 🙁

Getting it all jammed in, nice!

Looking great, Ed!
I'm lovin' it... 8) Keep up the good work.

Some of the scenes are looking strikingly familiar.

How did you make out with the frame hole locations, etc. Was Brian able to help you out? He's a good guy.

The shiny black firewall is nice. CAn't wait to get mine to this stage. Glad to see you are getting some progress.

Thanks!

Templates are on the way as long as UPS does not screw it up. Brian hooked me up which will make the mods go must faster and be 100% correct. I'll take and post some pics when its all done.

Ed,
It was good timing, Brian advertising his frame for sale. I'm glad that worked for you. Brian has also helped me out with information on occasion.
The progress is coming along nicely. and looking very promising indeed. 8)

Thanks Jack. UPS came through the templates came yesterday.

We are going to take a little break on this, he has a few other jobs to knock out to make room for me putting the body on the chassis. Probably towards the end of February we will be ready to pick it back up again. In the meantime I have to get to work rounding up some of my old /junk parts and hardware to make this thing steer around the shop after its on the chassis. Also have to dig out all bolts to hang the doors, etc... The plan is to get it on the chassis and get the doors jammed in and hung, then the tail gate, then move onto fitting/finishing the front clip.

Made a new mounting plate today for my gauges. After test fitting the gauges in the first plate I made I was not 100% happy with the fitment and the steel was to thin.

This one still needs a little finish work then I will wrap it in the CF like the original.
