what is the difference in the interior carpet types...

-2 door carpet
-2 door molded carpet with mass backing

Are you looking it up on RockAuto? Get the ACC brand and get the mass backed. The mass backing make the carpet heavier and seem of higher quality. We used the ACC mass backed on my brother's 78 Z28 and the fit was outstanding.

I was looking on mikes montes but i will take a look on rockauto too

Just fyi....not knocking mikes montes by any means...he has some great stuff, I've gotten several things from him for my cutlass.

However, not sure he will be able to match or beat rockauto's price on the ACC mass backed carpet. Most places sell it for $200+, i got mine from rockauto for $155+ the ride...like $175 total.

yeah i know i do like giving business to the forum sponsors tho but i also am trying to save money where i can , i like getting the items that no one else can get from the g body specific sites
