Exactly, where else can I grab a beer and a chainsaw in one stop?
Why limit yourself to only one? Take enough of his beer and he'll be fuming over that too much to notice the chainsaws right away.

If you really want to be evil and throw off the pursuit reach behind the front tire and pour a quart of oil out under the dodge. That'll buy you getaway time.

(Yes, I think I'm in some sort of rare mood tonight, the evil ideas keep rolling.)

The title says it was previously titled in California, but doesn't say when. It had the California-only EGR system so I suspect that is accurate. A Carfax report might be worth it to satisfy my own curiosity.
For $5 you should be able to get the California title history (dates, names, no addresses) by mail from the DMV here. I've done this a couple times.

EDIT: Heh, just caught the irony with your last post ....

I got a coat of flat black rustoleum on the floor today. Weather for the rest of the week is looking hit or miss, but Thursday is supposed to be the warmest day so I might get a second coat on tomorrow.

Second coat of paint is on. I took some RTV and gooped it into the seams at the rear window. Hopefully it is enough to keep the water out. I was gonna seam seal around the patches but the seams are tight so I don't think it's necessary. That said, once the paint is dry the carpet should be able to go back in to place.

We're you able to get the carpet any cleaner (less rust stained)?

Interior is back together. It's been sleet-hail-rain-snowing on and off all day so it was a bit of a miserable job. That said, the carpet being clean makes a massive difference in the appearance of the interior.
