It a Monte Carlo nose. Has the SS fender extensions
The actual Monte SS nose does not fit an El Camino. Choo Choo Customs created them to fit in the 80s

It has complete Monte Carlo SS front end on it. Fenders nose and hood
 
That takes a good bit of modification to do that. It’s hard ( for me) to see the details in the pics. From what I can tell it looks well done. The headlight ring screws are a b-tch to get out. In those noses even more so. Try releasing the headlight spring and take the whole assembly out. You can also remove the complete headlight bucket assembly

There was a member here that did it that way, using the complete Monte SS nose, fenders, doors, etc. I think he also had to re-sculpt the quarter panel body lines.

i met a member from Malibu racing @a car show years back that did that.think it was "bigada". he used the monte doors and said he "added" a body line to the 1/4's.it was white with orange stripes.
