I saw that one earlier will probably get it. Just wasn’t sure if there was a particular vendor one found easier to work with on it since it is so large to ship
Charlotte AutoFair might be an option. If you have the truck to use the nice thing about buying in person to bring home is you can check it there for issues and avoid shipping damage.

To me though nothing beats the original gm steel out of another car

I’m not sure if I’ll be able to make the fall show may have to wait until the spring. I’m hoping the floors are good on the car I’m bringing home and I can just use those but worst case it never hurts to have a backup plan

Very Cool a " Rescue Regal ". You have your work cut out for you but Go For It. I am almost finished with an 84 Cutlass Calais that was in similar condition and after 4 years it feels awesome to test drive it.
You will find tons of support and info for parts and processes on this site. These are a great bunch of guys to chat with. I wish you much success. Have Fun !

One thing to think about since your wanting to do a newer grand national motor with your older regal. Wiring harness bulkheads were different from 78-81 all the same ,82-88 the same. Since your regal is 82 the 86-87 grand national engine harness will work with your bulk head on the firewall without doing any mods. Now for my 81 malibu it was a different story I changed the whole car to 82-88 wiring which means I had to also change wiper motor, steering column, gauge cluster,on top of the wiring to make everything work due to the bulkhead different.

If you need the cushions between the V6 transmission crossmember and the frame I have a polyurethane set that I don't need/didn't use. PM me. I'll send them your way for the shipping cost

So you think it should be plug and play without changing any of the terminals around?

Didn’t get much done today to the car however I did finally go up to Virginia and pick up the parts car. I have the drivers door in the back of my Tahoe. Haven’t gotten the carpet out yet as I just got home a few minutes ago but just taking a quick look the floor looked decent but will find out for sure once I remove the carpet. Also has perfect metal on the firewall to fix mine.
