So, I had some heat this morning. It's more in line now with what TURNA was saying. It still runs "too" cool at highway speeds, but the air through the vents isn't frigid, anymore.
The main reason I sold my old 95 Caprice 9c1. Heat was like my brother in law, worked when it felt like .... final straw was driving the 25 miles to work in 20* cold, and felt like the a/c was on.. A cold daily driver gets old very fast.

Until you consider the fuel system it requires.E85 is even cheaper.
