I want to "like" it... but, that giant mound of trash panda sh*t on the hood is a huge turn-off. Wash it wearing a HAZMAT suit, and come back for the "like". ;)

hahaha. You have no idea how bad it smells. I didn't open the hood because I didn't want to disturb said fecal matter. I'll wait until I pull it out and get it to the nearest car wash. I will have every bit of myself protected.

Welcome aboard!
It looks like she'll clean up nicely. Yeah, wear good rubber gloves and a Tyvek suit wouldn't hurt either. It's too bad he didn't have some sort of cover on the car, but it's all relative.
All in all, it's a great score. I'm sure with a bit of elbow grease it's going to be a looker.

Nice find. T-tops were a factory option for all years 78'-88', just not for the SS until mid 85'. 83' is an odd year where buckets were not an option for any Monte, I think 82' as well. I wouldn't call t-tops a rare option but of course most base models don't have them. Post a picture of the RPO sticker whenever you get a chance, can see all the options it came with, would be interesting to see. What kind of wheels did it have (if original)?

Minimize the amount you potentially wash down into the HVAC box; blow it away from the passenger side. Yuck... now my coffee taste's off...

Poop and scoop, my friend. Poop... and scoop.

Its got the 14" wire wheel package. You can see them in this pic. I want to go with N90's and 235/60/15's.

Good choice, a set of 14" checker pattern aluminum wheels would look great too.

Agree with that! Only problem it limits you to 14 inch tires.
I have a set from my El Camino that are now used for storage on the 79 Monte Carlo
parts car.
