Well,I got the Monte home,it sure was fun to drive it again .
I gave her a good rip on the back roads on the way home.,what a blast !!!
Had to get a boost to get it started even though it was on a battery charger and according to my storage guy it was fully charged.
The Carquest battery has been in there for over 10 years,so theres gonna be another one replace it tomorrow.

Not sure if the rebate/sale is still going on, but, I recently replaced an original battery in one of my cars with a nice ac delco AGM from summit.

1) they were about $40 or more cheaper than anywhere else

2) there was no core charge or need to turn in the battery I had

3) there was a "rebate", spend $200 on AC Delco parts get $20 summit bucks instantly to your account.

4) the purchase also counted towards the base 'summit bucks' where you earn $15 for every $500 you spend.

All around made sense for me, especially because we could pick up.

But being in Canada,shipping and customs fees on a battery would be sky high ..
