the other side of the y pipe is still in place so the side you loosen won't go anywhere, if you pull down on the pipe you loosened so you should be able to get your ratchet out. And like Bonnewagon suggested spray them good with some release oil

We just decided to cut the ratchet and now its done.
Starts up every time.
 
Everything is now done, we got the ratchet cut out and everything in place.
starts up every time, I truly appreciate everyone's opinions.
If I have problems I know where to come to now ever since I started this, I have had the best people help me out on my problems and I truly appreciate you all for everything.
