They very well might be. I haven't heard anything bad about his work on his heads. It makes it a greater loss to us Olds guys, someone who knows how properly clearance guides on an Olds V8 and properly port them as well. A huge upgrade over your 4A heads, no doubt. Enjoy!

I agree on the loss. You should see the comments on FB. In one way, it's kinda cool to have the last set. But on the other hand, it's sad to see another Olds specialist retire.

Heads have been received.

Thornton 350 JR exhaust manifolds were delivered today. They look nice, and I will be looking at different options for coating these, in order to keep them looking good for a while. Any input from you guys is appreciated.

I also received these black seat belt trim pieces from Kevin ( O. D. Showtime ). They look great for 40 years old. He always has quality parts for our cars, and does a great job of packaging. Thanks again, Kevin!

How do manifolds inside look as far as finish? There were comments on casting flash a few years back. They look pretty good from that pic.

I think they look great. I probably won't even touch them. I seriously posted that pic for you to see. I need to find a nice set of bolts for these.

Get NOS bolts for cripes sake!!!!!!

GM p/n 9420462. Or you could just find the equivalent of 3/8-16 x 1-1/4" Grade 8.
