Rear cross member cracked need options

The Wild Rides fix sounds good for the HP you have. I would make sure you can install it with out lifting the body due to your cage. Trick Chassis makes a good drag rear sway control.

Good point ... I emailed them and no problem without removing the body they said. I will call them tomorrow to discuss more about the installation and fine details.

I used to ski up at Mont St-Saveur if I didn't have time to go to Mont Tremblanc, Mont St Saveur was a nice place to ski

Cut the floor out. Replace the crossmember with something stronger and put the floor pan back in.

Seems perfect as I would not need to remove the body to install.

That looks like a great kit, keep us posted on the install... I would also weld a bar (like they do when car gets notched) and one on the rear. That will help the rear horns from flexing and it will keep the frame sturdy.

I placed my order last Friday and it will ship Monday.

Steve at Wild Race car took time to answer my questions over the phone and was very helpful.

Will probably wait mid January to do the installation.

Will take lots of pictures.

What kind of sway is that ?

Not there yet but I will make sure it’s bullet proof for years to come!
