Recommendation for tool set?

I like the snap on quality and when I worked on aircraft way back then snap on was the only company who made aircraft specific tools that was available to us. With aircraft you can't make any marks on the fasteners or the aircraft itself so quality tools was a must if you didn't want to be known for causing so many problems they'd take the tools out of your hands and put you in management

Really Proto was not available to you for aircraft????

I snapped a picture of the Sam's Club set I have. I make my living with my tools, so this isn't my main set, but if I was just a car hobbyist or homeowner, it'd be just fine for most jobs. Comes metric and SAE sockets in 6 pt, 12 pt and deep well, plus metric and SAE combo wrenches, a ton of allen keys (that I haven't used yet, still in the bags), driver & bits, a couple extensions and 3 ratchets. For under $100 it's a great set.

Yep its members mark. I tried figuring out who makes them for Sam's but I couldn't come up with an answer. They are decent quality, on par with Harbor Freight at a minimum.

I am curious who makes them for them.

I see they are made in china

Sam's Club is Walmart, yet Walmart doen't carry them

The ratchet head design looks familiar

Looks a lot like Craftsman Professional line ratchets.
