we use a chrysler manual master in our superstock with a 3 lb residual valves in the lines and it worked great, I'm going with the same set up in my GP

This is what the billet mount is designed for. Just couldn't put a Chrysler product on it. Might be a stupid reason but I would have went with a 12 bolt if Schwartz offered it.

here's a Wilwood master we were looking at but when we researched it sure looked like the Wilwood was a twin to the chryco master but the chryco was alot cheaper..

If money was no problem when bilding my Regal I'd buy that chassis and go with the willwood scallop style rotors and keep 10" wide tires but I'd go a different way with the motor because I'm more than sick of LS motors in everything.

I'd put a 1JZ or 2JZ toyota motor in the car because it would still be a 6 cylinder but with a ton more power than any v6 plus the 2JZs have the ability to get up into the 1000 hp range (i'd only go 400-500 max lol). I love th build though and glad you went with this instead of the RS

If you're going that extreme, you should give it a transaxle too. It would be the most insane tool of automotive mayhem ever devised.

sorry to jack the thread but what would be the benefits of putting a transaxle in the regal?

Same benefit as putting a transaxle in anything. More balanced weight distribution.

x2
(Ban me if you want but I kinda had a thing for the Porsche 944 before I got into G-Bodies.)
As a matter of fact, if I had the money for one of these Schwartz frames, I'd go all out and try to fabricate a C5 'Vette transaxle in there. There's a GM rear you can use, Howebad!

I'm still not sure what the transaxles do though. I always thought they were pretty much hor the fwd motors move the front tires. how does the corvett transaxle work and provide balanced weight distribution.

?

I'll just PM you so we can un-hijack the thread.
