temp gauge

I though you said one wire grounded the gauge would move and the other wire the light would come on if grounded..

yea, thats exactly what happens, and both wires are on one plug for one sensor, its crazy.. :shock:
 
if you get readings grounding the wire the gauge and wire are ok...it's the sensor that is the problem...
 
it shouldn't matter the way you wired it...I think there is a problem with that sending unit
 
I learnt something new in this thread. I never knew that both an idiot lite and a gauge came as factory installed.
