I've only seen that console a few times, and only once in real life... IIRC they were regal limited's with the 45/45 seats like you mentioned, with leather upholstery. I'm thinking that'd look sweet on your century.

since you're thinking of keeping with the carb'ed set-up, and the shifter on the column, have you thought about the 2-tone GN paint treatment? would pay a nice homage to it...

I have thought of two toning it. I never paid attention till I watched the video I did of it that it has a stripe package, I may do it just like stock but a more modern blue with pearls in it. I know of a couple blue pearls I've seen on new cars that I like. I will pick one that is very close in the factory shade of blue.

if it comes out even half as good as the 442, it'll still look amazing! love the fact that you do want to keep the blue schemes in mind!
 
love the letter, great find! means it's an even rarer critter than the 442! wonder just how many are still around.......
