This is the right side (low side) you can kinda see how the arm and the center frame are almost in a perfect line. sorry it was hard to get good pics

This is the left side....hopefully you can see how the control arm slopes down compared tot he center frame making you think this spring is stronger pushing the weight to the other side...but i swapped them around with no change.

I can't see any difference between the two. Have you measured the height frame at the end of the c channel. I had a problem with mine and it turned out to be the body bushings

unless the whole car is sitting on a known flat surface you can't trust that measurement. Also you need to remove the shocks and sway bars.

take a few pics of the rear springs too.....the problem could be in the back?

Idk why the springs were broken but were also stock with 140,000 miles.
springs dont break unless they corrode so bad that they literally fall apart or because the car did a "dooks of HAZARD" off a cliff or over a speed bump at 60 mph. If this car has a rusty frame, its possible that it has sagged on one side....usually the passenger side, which gets more mud, road grime, salt..etc. My grandpa restored an old police car built in the 50's. The frame was swiss cheese on the passenger side...and just slightly rusty on the drivers..... go figure.

i am having the same issue i hope you get it fixed... i did every ting you did and cam up with not 1 thing... 🙁

What would cause it in the rear? I swapped the springs with no change and also torqued the bushings while it was at ride height. I'm very happy to hear I'm not the only one hahaha. Also the car was garage kept and driven by my grandpa from the time it was new. He had it undercoated so the frame has rust but is not anywhere near a weak point. The springs were very rusty and pitted an they both broke about half a coil in the lower control arm. I'll take a picture of the rear tomorrow.

it's of no use to take measurements or pictures until you have removed the shocks and sway bars since they can affect how the car sits and have the car sitting on a flat surface
