Finally got back innto the carb and changed the power valve. Blew the block out with some air, wd40'd, cleaned up some residual gasket material and put a 3.5 valve in. Now my car actually idles about 800- 900 and 600- 700 in D instead of 1500 and wanting to jerk and stall in gear. Motor sounds better than ever. Im ecstatic! Opened up my air/idle screws a half turn and backed the idle adjustment way out.

Wish i could post video. My neighbor is getting more and more concerned with our eventual race. Hes got a ranger with a gt40 302 t5 and 9" with 4.11s
