Almost everything I ordered last week came in while I was working this week. So finally having a Sat. off its like a car guy Christmas morning. I'll be putting in a new old school 383 and TH350. I got a Moroso 7qt.stroker oilpan, 383 stamped chrome valve covers, a complete March low rider serpentine system with A/C, alternator, power steering, and water pump. A Champion 3 row polished aluminum rad. The final parts of my Camaro disc brake conversion, rear rotors. The new trans won't be shipped until 6-5 but it's ordered. When I have everything I need to swap at one time, my engine is only 10 minutes away, and the engine builder is going to supervise me doing the install. As I've said before, I'm NOT a mechanic I'm a bodyman. I can R&R but I NEED someone that really knows what they're doing to get it right the FIRST time. My working every bit of OT since I bought the El Camino 18 months ago is finally coming to fruition.
