Me likey very much.......but what do I know? I know I can't put them on my 79 Hurst Olds without being thrown out of here and every car show....:itchy:

They wouldn’t fit yours anyways.
The shape of the Regal rear wheel opening is way different and more rounded than the squared off opening on our Cutlasses.

I got a console! I initially bought it to resell, but as I clean it up I'm beginning to like it more and more and it may wind up in my Regal. And it's already the right color. My car is a column shift but Mike's Montes sells this piece, which would look perfect and make it look right at home.

The shift plate is pretty faded anyways and the veneer is just starting to peel. The console itself has a couple cracks but they are completely hidden. Does anyone know of a good glue or epoxy for gluing these consoles?

Also fun fact, based on the contents of the ashtray, I believe this may have come out of a Cheech and Chong movie car!

I ordered a billet pulley from Turnone for the LS ps pump. Also, with the help of Mike I went to the junkyard to scavenge a 4th gen F body for it's brake switch. It's needed to control the lockout converter on the 80E...

Did you get that out of the one Monte at Renicks?

Yeah it came from Renicks. If it makes you feel any better, I feel like I overpaid for it. Also I pissed off the owner because I tried to buy a quadrajet off that 430 Riviera. He told me he doesn't sell parts off of engines, he only sells them complete. I wish he had made that clear before I had pulled parts off of cars. He made me go back and put the carb back on the Riviera. This was the owner, the other guy who worked there seemed a little more reasonable, he wanted to just sell me what I had pulled, but there was no convincing the owner.

I haven't decided if I'm gonna keep the console or not. If you really want it, let me know and we'll work something out.

He can be something to deal with at times, just gotta watch what you say on where the parts came from when you want to buy something. I ran into a simular issue trying to get a rear end with some OK gears. I have the original full bench right now but do toy with going with buckets if I could find year correct seats with covers to match my originals. If I would I wouldn't need the breadbox since stick cars can't use it. But I have a feeling the seat in the Monte would of been the right ones if the weather didn't get to them.
