It’s a dead giveaway when you open the box in the back of the bearings are stamped king and rings look to be Hastings View attachment 143696

That's why mine seeps now as it is. At the least I'll change the cover to the aluminum moser, but I'm still planning on taking out the powertrax locker and installing the moser axles and truetrac diff. It will be a huge peace of mind for me since I had a bent axle issue years back.

Went to it he local LKQ. I’ve wanting to get some stock truck coils, I don’t trust these China eBay coils. I feel they are also part of the reason my car run like crap. Also picked up a 4 port steam vent and stock truck intake bolts as I was missing mine.

Good idea. I have a box full of stock truck coils, and misc sensors as backups.

I ordered a 5 speed Tremec conversion kit for my '80 Malibu, to upgrade from the factory 4 speed. Probably the single most expensive thing I've ever ordered for any of my hobby cars, but I've wanted this for a long time. The kit was on sale, so I figured that now is a good time to get it. I probably won't install it until I do the 350 engine swap.

This covid stuff needs to end soon. I'm spending waayy too much time at the yards. Found this one today, am/fm 8- track and CB radio. Oh and a disc/disc proportioning valve off an 82 seville.

Bought some trick billet door lock knob pulls today, along with some studs and nuts for diff cover. Hurry up upholstery shop and get my door panels done, only 6 weeks behind!
