I hear there's a guy in Texas who might need some trees dropped.

The tree removal plan is substantially complete.

Ran my little one earlier, me and my woman are going camping for a few days and I cut up some of the dry wood I have to bring it with us.

Sunk it in a bigger piece and ripped it to make sure it was still dialed in good. 🙂

Dammit, still have to buy one or fix the one I have to participate in this thread
I don't have a big enough ........ saw to participate. My 25 year 271 Farm Boss can't keep with the Joe's level of tree annihilation.

Old saws need love too! I had a 271. I think it was the only saw I ever bought new. They are a little heavy but still 50-ish cc. Much better than any Homelite, Poulan or Ryobi.

It is definitely heavy. But it’s a budget saw for the guy that burns 10-12 face cord a year. And it also has cleared about 50-55 trees from my property.

It gets a 10 year tune up and a new plug every other year. Starts with 4-7 pulls cold every time. It’s been a good reliable saw with no complaints. I’ve changed the chain drive once and 2 or 3 bars - very tough to beat.
