Got my original Hurst Lighnting Rods shifter top plate in the mail today. The Lightning Rod top plate is in rough shape but still I got it for a sweet price. Now I'm making the shifter mounting plate bracket. Got all the dimensions correct and now I gotta drill out the holes. By the way, what are the thread size and count for the studs that gotta be fixed to the bracket? If anyone knows, the info would be greatly appreciated.
Gonna start on my aluminum brush holder plate and the rubber dust cover tomorrow. 😀

So excited that I finally got all 4 shocks today in the mail. Hope to get them on this weekend

The morning started out good, I had the master clutch removed and the parts guys shows up with the new cylinder, only problem was he brought the slave cylinder. Then found out there was no master cylinder available for a 1999 - 03 f body in my area but I could get one tomorrow for $150. What a rip so I took the oen I had apart to see if I could get new seals but the chinese junk was junk after only 3 summers use. I ended up heading to my favorite yard with coffees and donuts and got a used one from a camaro but that took a few hours. I installed it and pushed he clutch pedal a few time and the push rod fell off the pedal arm. Crawled into the car to take a look and remembered the nylon retaining clip is a one shot deal, the teeth shear off when removing the rod, so I installed the rod with the retainer and used a couple of zip ties to keep it in place. This fiasco cost me a whole day so I'm not a happy camper. .. :?

Switched out the shift indicator in my car, so that it reads the correct gear selections for the 1979 model year. Anyone know what year/model the indicator with overdrive might have come from?

Installed a correct OD PRDNL indicator.
I have one that I have to install too. The clip that's attached to the end of that small cable, do you have a picture showing where it clips to?

Bought this and a trunk lid for my Cutlass Supreme.

Nice...
I have the same clock. I've tried everything that I can think of to remove the lens without breaking it so that I can clean behind it but I haven't found anything to loosen whatever adhesive they used.

Made the templates for the aluminum brush holder plate and the silicone rubber dust cover thingy.
Hopefully I'm gonna find a scrap piece of aluminum big enough laying around somewhere. 😀
