got the new gear on the mini starter and fedex dropped off the new flexplate. was told its over kill for my ride cuz i spent 152.00 for it. have to replace due to not shimming the starter.

Drove it to get gas for the mower and get donuts for the kids. Noticed a rubbing sound coming from driver side but only when wheels are straight assuming the plastic wheel well may have come loose in a spot. Also noticed a very slow trans fluid leak coming from where the trans line connects to the new Radiator so i tried to tighten it a bit more and added fluid to it. Hope it stops it if not ill have to take it off and either replace it or find a way to help seal it. Ill also look into the rubbing as soon as it stops raining and get the yard mowed

I dismounted the 3 20 year old tires and straightened the rear body panel in a 12ish Malibu to pay for my trans rebuild then I came home and cleaned the wheels and the heads in the rain!
Got the 5.3 ready to go on the new engine stand. Gotta wait for some extra muscle tomorrow morning....don't have a hoist here so gotta make do.
LOL!!! it's actually my kids' wagon. That's how i got it from the trunk of my mazda to my shed.
Lol my daughter's wagon has many a swap meet miles
