What did you do to your G-Body today? [2011-2018]

Looks like a dopey Chrysler owner did that!

Just coated a layer of anti rust to the clean frame work. Now I'm removing the ac/heater box for repairs. After watching a few videos on Youtube, this seems like an easy task.

You got his insurance, right?

Drove mine to work yesterday. Washed it after work. Took it to a drive in car show. I was there for about a hour and some old man decided to back his 60 something Dodge car into the front of my car! Not a good end of the day, but I have faith the guy is going to make right with me. I worked late so I didn't get there until 7:30 so I didn't get very many pictures.

Well that just sucks! Looks like he didn't damage any non replaceable parts?

Thanks for posting the cool pics. Sorry to hear about the damage to your car. I suppose it could've been worse, though. I hope he makes good for it.

I do have his insurance info, name, adress, and I know where he lives. He said his insurance is really good about this kind of thing. If the insurance will not pay for it he will out of pocket. The event organizers backed him up and said they would help me with any thing I need. It is too bad he broke the header between the light and the turnsignal.

I hope you're able to get satisfaction from him or his insurance company.
Your header panel could probably be repaired with resin and fiberglass matting. I couldn't tell how bad it was.
I'm guessing header panels for that particular series Monte Carlo aren't too easy to come by.

Well this is embarrassing... the car has developed a serious issue with the tune - went super lean up top. It may be a physical (fuel pump is weak) or electrical (bricked ECM). I have some serious trouble shooting to do.

Don't mind the 60' times the track was slick, and I didn't do a burnout to warm the Drag Radials. Just rolled into the beams, took the slack out of the drivetrain, matted it, pedaled it, rolled back into it. There is definitely a 12 in it, but we are waaaaaay off from where I think it should be.
